About the Company and Opportunity

KVC Consultants Ltd is currently recruiting for one of the largest BPO companies in India, specifically for positions in Pune. This role involves working in international voice processes, with two primary streams: Healthcare and Telecom.

Job Roles and Salary

• Healthcare Process (International Voice): Open to undergraduate and graduate candidates. Salary up to Rs 3.40 lakhs per annum. Work schedule includes 5 working days per week, rotational shifts with offs provided, and cab facilities.
• Telecom Process (International Voice): Only graduates are eligible. Salary up to Rs 3.00 lakhs per annum. Requires basic knowledge of upselling and cross-selling. Work schedule similar to Healthcare process with 5 working days, rotational shifts, offs, and cab amenities.
• Experienced Candidates: Hiring also available for those with prior international voice experience. Salary ranges from Rs 3.70 lakhs to Rs 5.30 lakhs per annum depending on previous salary and experience level.

Working Conditions and Perks

• Five-day working week with rotational shift patterns.
