Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed demo calls, actively listening to understand the needs of our clients primarily in the E-Commerce and SaaS sectors, and tailor suitable solutions accordingly.
• Independently handle support tickets by providing prompt, customer-focused resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with the onboarding and automation teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuously improve our offerings.
• Create original content such as blog posts, templates, and help pages; actively support the roll-out of our AI and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Professional experience or thorough understanding of financial accounting and tax-related processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience, preferably within a SaaS environment, with keen sensitivity to customer needs.
• Ability to set, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with common tools including Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
