Role overview
This is a customer support role for an international voice process based in Jaipur. The position involves handling customer concerns through calls and chat while maintaining strong service quality and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and issues over phone and chat channels.
- Provide accurate support and help resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a courteous, customer-focused approach throughout each interaction.
Candidate profile
The opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Graduation is not mandatory. Applicants should have strong spoken communication skills and be comfortable working in an international customer support environment.
Working conditions
- Five working days per week.
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Work from office in Jaipur.
Compensation
The salary offered is up to 4.5 LPA.
