Global Vision
The company is now expanding internationally and aims to bring its creator-community model to audiences around the world. It is looking for people who understand cross-cultural content ecosystems and how to support creator communities across global markets, helping shape a digital cultural home for young users internationally.
Role Overview
The International Visual Designer will lead visual design work for overseas products and support the development of a global visual language that feels locally relevant while remaining aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own visual design projects for international products, covering brand imagery, campaign and event pages, and marketing collateral.
- Create region-specific design solutions that reflect the visual tastes and cultural context of users in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and other international markets.
- Support visual identity refreshes and localization experiments that help build a design system with global appeal.
- Use AI tools in the design process for idea generation, style exploration, and improving speed and efficiency.
- Help build and refine design guidelines, asset libraries, and workflows to strengthen team output and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in visual design within internet or digital product companies; exposure to overseas products or international markets is preferred.
- Strong command of visual design with a refined sense of aesthetics in branding, campaigns, and storytelling through visuals.
- Good understanding of international design trends and visual culture, especially in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
- Basic UX/UI knowledge and the ability to balance visual quality with user experience.
- Genuine interest in AIGC and design innovation, with practical awareness of AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to use AI for creative exploration and optimization.
- A portfolio must be submitted together with the resume.
- Experience in anime, content communities, live streaming, or entertainment-related businesses is a plus.
- Background in brand refreshes, design systems, or visual asset management is advantageous.
- Motion design capability is considered a bonus.
- Ability to work in both Chinese and English is preferred.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore, Singapore.
