International Sales Executive - UK B2B Energy Market

About the Role

We are seeking an International Sales Executive to handle B2B sales responsibilities within the UK energy sector. The role involves following up on potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing ongoing client relationships to meet their energy requirements with tailored solutions. Effective consultative sales and negotiation skills will be crucial for successfully closing deals and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to identify and convert B2B leads in the UK marketplace.
• Maintain consistent communication with warm leads and current customers.
• Analyze business energy needs and recommend suitable solutions accordingly.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and promote energy products and services via phone.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and finalize sales contracts efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in tele sales or inside sales, preferably within the energy sector, with emphasis on UK B2B or BPO operations.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong skills in building relationships, negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales.
• Self-driven, focused on targets, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work UK shift hours (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM).

Additional Information

• Work schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Cab drop service provided for female employees.
