Role Overview

The company is hiring an International Recruiter to support Operations hiring, including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud. This role is centered on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, business-critical positions, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, process improvement, and inclusive hiring.

What You Will Do

  • Own recruiting for important high-volume positions and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to shape hiring strategy and align priorities with business needs.
  • Find strong candidates through proactive sourcing and by testing creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer closing.
  • Handle several openings simultaneously, with pipelines that may cover 10 to 15 or more roles at once.
  • Partner on job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics, making sure the process is clear and effective.
  • Use feedback from candidates and other signals to improve the recruiting experience.
  • Support the growth of the recruiting function by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
  • Help create repeatable, scalable recruiting workflows that can support company growth.
  • Promote diversity by using proven and creative methods to attract a wider range of candidates and encourage inclusive hiring practices.

What You Should Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting hiring for Operations functions such as Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and/or Business Operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or another fast-moving, scaled company environment.
  • Strong background in high-volume hiring while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to operate as a full-cycle recruiter and manage candidates end to end.
  • Confidence in sourcing and building relationships with passive talent.
  • Comfort with ownership, speed, and managing multiple priorities at once.
  • A strong focus on candidate experience and a thoughtful, human approach to hiring.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset, including tracking pipeline health and setting expectations with hiring managers.
  • Commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.

Location and Working Style

This is a remote role, but team members must live within approximately 80 km of the Dublin hub. The position offers flexibility to work from home or from a global office hub, while still making time for in-person planning, problem-solving, and collaboration when needed.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is €68,000 to €100,000.
