About the Role
TeleMinds Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking driven and experienced International Outbound Sales Executives to enhance our expanding sales team. This position is based at our office located in Megatherm Tower, 8th Floor, SDF More, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata-700091.
Work Hours and Salary
The role follows an early morning shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls targeting international clients.
- Drive sales by converting prospects into business transactions.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in international outbound sales.
- Fluent English speaking ability with a neutral or accent-friendly tone.
- Strong skills in sales strategies, negotiation, and persuasion.
- A motivated, target-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment.
