Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to focus on hospital procurement roles, primarily in Ghaziabad and the Delhi NCR region. The role offers a competitive salary up to ₹25,000 per month plus attractive incentives, alongside additional petrol allowance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to hospitals and healthcare centers within Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR.
- Engage with purchase and procurement teams to understand equipment and supply requirements.
- Generate leads and enquiries for medical products including hospital beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and other related devices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate internally to manage quotations, follow-ups, and processing of orders effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through regular field presence and proactive business development.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on field sales experience is essential.
- Background or prior experience in hospital procurement or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for sales activities.
Additional Information
- Salary range is ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month with performance incentives.
- Separate petrol allowance is provided to support travel expenses.
