Role Overview
This opening is for an International Non-Voice Customer Support role based in Chennai. The position is aimed at fresh graduates and involves customer support work in either voice or non-voice format, depending on communication skills.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to freshers who are graduates.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support customers through voice and non-voice channels as required. The role calls for handling customer interactions professionally and maintaining clear communication in English.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have strong verbal and written English communication skills. They should also be comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts and accepting rotational weekly offs.
Additional Information
- This is a work-from-office role.
- Two-way cab service is available along with transport allowance.
- Cab assistance is provided for candidates located within a 25 km radius of the office, subject to shift timings.
