Role Overview
The International Commercial Operations Director is a senior executive role focused on steering overseas commercial activity, connecting global strategy with day-to-day execution, and leading cross-functional teams to expand revenue, improve efficiency, and grow presence across international markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Set the direction for international commercial operations, including business planning and yearly operating targets.
- Drive development in overseas markets, expand channels, and manage distributors and partners.
- Bring together sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to deliver coordinated execution across regions.
- Design and strengthen operating processes, workflows, and internal control systems for international business.
- Track commercial KPIs, revenue performance, profitability, and operational efficiency, then refine plans based on results.
- Recruit, develop, train, and manage performance for teams supporting overseas business growth.
- Contribute to market assessment, pricing decisions, forecasting, and risk control for international operations.
- Maintain compliance, process consistency, and smooth coordination across cross-border activities.
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, and channel effectiveness in global markets.
- Present operating performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Education
