Role Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee enterprise security functions across multiple locations in the Central and Southeast regions. This leadership position requires driving excellence in operational execution, workforce effectiveness, fiscal accountability, and client satisfaction throughout a multi-state area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead regional security operations ensuring consistent and superior service delivery across client sites.
- Collaborate with regional leaders and clients to deepen partnerships, resolve issues, and seize opportunities for service enhancements and business growth.
- Develop and coach a high-achieving team, fostering accountability, employee engagement, and ongoing improvements.
- Oversee workforce planning including staffing, scheduling, and readiness to maintain contract compliance.
- Evaluate operational metrics through reports, audits, and KPIs to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Administer financial management functions such as budgeting, forecasting, labor cost control to meet operational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, client contracts, and all relevant legal standards.
- Work cross-functionally to facilitate new client implementations and continuous operations enhancements.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to boost operational consistency and decision-making quality regionally.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, security management, operations management or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years advancing through leadership roles managing multi-site security or service operations.
- Proven track record overseeing regional operations supporting diverse client portfolios across dispersed locations.
- Expertise in workforce management, labor planning, operational reporting, compliance, and service delivery.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial performance oversight.
- Strong leadership skills, client relationship management capabilities, and operational improvement proficiency.
- History of employing technology and metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willing to travel approximately 25% as required.
- Ability to pass company pre-employment screening and maintain compliance with all governmental regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary between 90000 and 110000 USD.
