International Cold Caller

Role Overview

Acrossys Digital is looking for an International Cold Caller to support outreach and client relationship management for global accounts. This is a full-time onsite role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and is best suited for someone who is confident on calls, comfortable interacting with people from different cultures, and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture professional relationships with international clients through regular, effective communication.
• Reach out to prospects and clients using phone calls, email, video meetings, and other digital communication channels.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to keep outreach aligned with wider business objectives.
• Handle a set of international client accounts and make sure communication remains consistent and goals are tracked and achieved.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
• About 1 to 2 years of experience in international calling, client outreach, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage clients across cultural backgrounds.
• Good planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage several accounts at once and prioritize tasks well.
• A self-driven, outcome-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
