At GUAVA International, you will support regional business operations across Asia and contribute to projects that deliver measurable business and sustainability results. The role goes beyond a single function and offers broad exposure to business operations, logistics, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, helping you build a solid base for future leadership roles.

This internship is structured as a pathway to a full-time opportunity. A minimum commitment of six months is required. Candidates who perform strongly, show leadership potential, and align well with the organization’s values may be considered for a full-time position after completing the program.

What You Will Do

• Assist with international business operations, partnerships, sales, and supply chain-related work.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to help projects and orders run smoothly.
• Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking, operational planning, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Help with stakeholder outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and related engagement activities.
• Draft proposals, presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, opportunities, and progress across multiple initiatives.
• Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and support business growth.
• Take ownership of assigned work and contribute ideas that add value to the team and organization.
