About the Opportunity
This internship is aimed at final-year students and recent graduates who want to build a career in international business, operations, supply chain, partnerships, or commercial management. At GUAVA International, you will support regional business operations across Asia and contribute to projects that deliver measurable business and sustainability results. The role goes beyond a single function and offers broad exposure to business operations, logistics, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, helping you build a solid base for future leadership roles.
This internship is structured as a pathway to a full-time opportunity. A minimum commitment of six months is required. Candidates who perform strongly, show leadership potential, and align well with the organization’s values may be considered for a full-time position after completing the program.

What You Will Do
- Assist with international business operations, partnerships, sales, and supply chain-related work.
- Work with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to help projects and orders run smoothly.
- Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking, operational planning, and order fulfillment tasks.
- Help with stakeholder outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and related engagement activities.
- Draft proposals, presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, opportunities, and progress across multiple initiatives.
- Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Collaborate across departments to solve problems and support business growth.
- Take ownership of assigned work and contribute ideas that add value to the team and organization.
