Job description

About the Role

GUAVA International is offering a business operations internship based in Singapore for a final-year student or a recent graduate who wants practical exposure in business operations, supply chain, partnerships, or commercial management. The role is built for someone who enjoys fixing problems, coordinating with different teams, refining workflows, and helping convert ideas into action that benefits businesses, communities, and the environment.

This position provides hands-on involvement in regional operations across Asia and includes work that contributes to measurable business and sustainability outcomes. It is broader than a typical single-function internship and gives exposure to operations, logistics, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

The internship is intended to be a route into a full-time position. A minimum commitment of six months is required, and candidates who perform strongly, show leadership potential, and align with the company’s values may be considered for full-time employment after the program ends.

GUAVA International partners with governments, destinations, global hospitality brands, airlines, and corporate organizations across Asia and beyond. The environment is fast-paced and international, and it values initiative, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong eye for detail.

Why Join GUAVA

  • Help with stakeholder outreach, meeting scheduling, and follow-up actions.
  • Create proposals, presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, opportunities, and overall project status across several initiatives.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to solve issues and support business expansion.
  • Own assigned projects and contribute ideas that add value to the team and organization.

  • Comfort handling several priorities in a changing environment.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to contribute to both strategic and hands-on operational work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus good interpersonal ability.
