Overview

This role supports efforts to strengthen the organization’s sustainability agenda across the Integrated Resort and reinforce its standing as a leader in sustainable business practices.

What You Will Do

  • Help advance sustainability initiatives across the Integrated Resort while promoting a culture of corporate responsibility.
  • Assist in planning and delivering sustainable events.
  • Support the preparation, communication, and rollout of sustainability activities, along with learning and development materials for team members.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sustainable capital projects.
  • Assist the team with researching product sustainability standards and comparing them against accepted sustainability criteria.
  • Analyze resource consumption data in depth to identify patterns, uncover improvement opportunities, and support projects aimed at reducing consumption.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should be studying in or coming from an academic background related to Marketing/Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Social Sciences. Prior exposure to Sustainability, Communications, or Hospitality will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong interest, knowledge, and motivation to help build a more sustainable future.
  • Ability to interpret data and explain the business value of sustainability efforts.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, plus proficiency in at least one additional language.
  • Ability to educate and communicate effectively, with an interest in helping others improve business practices.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
