Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze portfolio metrics, and perform financial and valuation modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reporting documents and internal presentations, maintain databases, and gather data pertinent to ESG requirements.
• Engage in asset management initiatives and monitor asset performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• A cooperative team player.
• Proficient in Excel modelling and data analysis.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong analytical abilities both quantitative and qualitative.
