Program Overview
This corporate internship offers students a chance to apply classroom learning in a real business setting. The experience is designed to be practical, engaging, and memorable, with exposure to hospitality operations from a corporate perspective. Interns receive guidance through meaningful assignments, hands-on work, coaching, and day-to-day support that helps build a foundation for a future career.
Role Summary
The intern will support the Regional Vice President, Luxury APEC, and the Luxury APEC team based in Singapore. The position involves contributing to projects and initiatives connected to hotel operations, while also handling coordination, communication, and administrative support.
Key Duties
- Study market developments across the APEC region to assist with strategic planning.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases so information stays accurate and easy to access.
- Create polished presentations for internal and external meetings using PowerPoint and Canva.
- Support the Regional Vice President, Luxury APEC, and the Luxury APEC team in managing projects and related initiatives.
- Help with communication between internal stakeholders and outside partners.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling and correspondence handling.
- Work with different departments to collect information and support ad hoc tasks and assignments.
- Monitor incoming emails and respond in a timely, professional, and organized manner.
- Assist with appointment coordination, calendar management, and agenda preparation.
- Handle confidential information carefully and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Take on additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Education and Eligibility
Applicants should ideally be undergraduates in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or Marketing. The opportunity is open to Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, or candidates holding a valid student pass or work holiday pass. Eligible applicants include undergraduates in a Singapore-registered university program, as well as undergraduate or graduate students from universities in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
Internship Commitment
Candidates must be prepared to complete a six-month internship.
