About the role
Join a fast-growing European production organization where you will use data to support strategic choices and help shape decisions across international production sites. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Production Europe and contribute to high-impact initiatives that affect more than 1,000 colleagues.
AUTO1 Group is a leading digital automotive platform in Europe, known for brands such as Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.
What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Production Europe and teams across multiple European locations to collect, structure, and analyze business-critical information.
- Contribute to strategic and day-to-day planning for production activities across 12 European centers, with a broad impact on over 1,000 employees.
- Further develop, refine, and maintain production models and reporting tools.
- Review data to spot improvement areas, build practical action plans, and help drive initiatives together with stakeholders throughout Europe.
- Assess and communicate the financial impact of new initiatives and strategic decisions.
Who you are
- You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You bring a strong analytical approach and advanced Excel abilities; SQL is considered an advantage.
- You are comfortable working with numbers, collaborating with others, presenting insights, and communicating clearly.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills.
