About the Role
We are looking for a Kfz-Mitarbeiter Fahrzeugbewertung (d/m/w) to join the Evaluation Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will help shape and improve the processes that raise the quality of vehicle assessments within the operations organization. The position sits at the intersection of operational execution and strategic thinking, supporting smooth workflows across the business. The company is a leading digital automotive platform in Europe, focused on changing the way used cars are bought and sold through its brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.
What You Will Do
- Review photos and vehicle information for used cars and identify technical defects or damage.
- Support the creation and correction of vehicle listings.
- Act as a dependable link between the technical side and the evaluation team.
- Serve as a contact person for partner dealers across Europe and the pricing team in Berlin.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in assessment quality.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field or a similar area; career changers with vehicle knowledge are also welcome.
- Solid understanding of cars and a genuine interest in automotive topics.
- Basic experience with standard MS Office tools, especially Google Sheets.
- Fluent German plus either basic English skills or willingness to learn.
- A cooperative, goal-focused way of working.
