Intern Artificial Intelligence Strategy (f/m/x)

Role overview

The BMW Group’s AI Strategy team examines, validates, and pilots current and emerging developments in artificial intelligence. The team partners with specialists and business units across the company to help expand the value AI can bring to BMW.

What you will do

• Track and evaluate AI developments across major technology companies, startups, academia, BMW’s internal AI communities, social channels, newsletters, and scientific sources.
• Contribute to building a solution that continuously maps and monitors AI trends.
• Support communication activities, including interaction with BMW’s AI community and creation of blog content and other formats.
• Take part in conversations with BMW experts and departments working on AI topics.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while receiving regular guidance and feedback from your mentor.

What you should bring

• Ongoing studies in artificial intelligence, computer science, or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and quantum computing.
• Strong programming ability.
• Previous exposure to AI-related projects is an advantage.
• Professional-level English and German skills.
