About the Role
BMW Group is offering an internship focused on artificial intelligence within Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The position sits in a team that uses data, machine learning, and intelligent automation to create highly personalised, predictive, and seamless experiences for luxury clients.
What You Will Do
- Assist in building, training, and assessing AI and machine learning models, including newer Agentic AI applications.
- Spot opportunities where data, automation, and AI can deliver measurable business value.
- Contribute to full-cycle AI work, starting from data exploration and prototyping through evaluation, deployment support, and business adoption.
- Help turn analytical findings into clear visuals and share insights with stakeholders from different business functions.
- Work with teams across AI, IT, Sales, Aftersales, and Brand.
- Support projects that connect luxury customer experience, commercial outcomes, and advanced AI technologies.
What You Need
- You should be enrolled in a master's degree program with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, computer science, business analytics, engineering, technology management, or a similar area.
- You need strong coding ability in Python or R, preferably with hands-on experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions end to end.
- You should understand core machine learning ideas, model evaluation, and real-world AI use cases.
- An interest in Agentic AI, large language models, automation frameworks, or AI-supported decision-making is preferred.
- You must enjoy working with data, tackling complex problems, and turning insights into practical business impact.
- You need to be able to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious, and well-organised mindset is important, along with the confidence to question assumptions and explore new ideas.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, is required.

Duration: 6 months.
