Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate to Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role involves designing and producing diverse promotional materials for print and digital use, helping bring the Ballantynes brand to life across multiple customer interaction points.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials across print, digital, and social media platforms including advertising campaigns, brochures, catalogues, in-store signage, and online content.
- Contribute to the design and production of the Ballantynes Christmas publication in both formats.
- Provide creative support and coordination for photoshoot activities as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Manage several projects simultaneously while upholding high design quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and production partners to ensure excellent deliverables.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate and innovative designer with a collaborative spirit and strong attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Intermediate to senior graphic design experience preferably in retail, agency, or in-house settings.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experienced with both print and digital media campaigns.
- Skilled in layout design, typography, branding, and visual communication fundamentals.
- Capable of guiding projects from concept through to completion.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Microsoft Office suite.
- Photography or videography skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Details
- Position is full-time, permanent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
