Interior Fit-out Site Engineer

About the Position

OIA Interior Decoration is a prominent company specializing in high-quality interior fit-out projects encompassing residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors throughout the UAE. We seek an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Engineer to oversee project execution, maintaining superior standards of quality, safety, and punctual completion.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily interior fit-out work activities at project sites.
• Ensure workmanship aligns with approved plans, technical specifications, and scheduled timelines.
• Conduct frequent site inspections, track progress, and resolve technical or onsite challenges efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal personnel to facilitate effective project workflow.
• Review and approve shop and technical drawings and relevant project documentation prior to commencement.
• Prepare and confirm BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
• Manage procurement coordination to guarantee timely material delivery.
• Monitor manpower, quality standards, productivity, and project deadlines to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure adherence to UAE safety standards, company protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Generate site progress reports, updates, and maintain necessary documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Applied Arts focusing on Interior Design & Furniture.
• Minimum of two years UAE-based experience in interior fit-out site management, mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior fit-out projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishing techniques, construction materials, and site coordination processes.
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, quantity surveying, and material calculation.
• Capable of effective coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
