Responsibilities

  • Create interior concepts, layouts, and full design documentation for healthcare-related spaces.
  • Develop and assess space plans, material choices, finishes, furniture arrangements, and interior specifications.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, medical planners, and other project participants to keep the design coordinated.
  • Verify that all interior solutions meet healthcare rules, international benchmarks, and client expectations.
  • Examine shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups connected to interior scope.
  • Take part in design discussions, client sessions, and formal project presentations.
  • Support project delivery during construction and fit-out by providing technical input and tracking progress.
  • Visit project sites to confirm that execution matches the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to address design issues and resolve site challenges.
  • Prepare reports, design records, and other project outputs as needed.

Applicants must also be comfortable using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
