Job description

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of the Real Estate Department with all design projects related to real estate.
  • Oversee design components such as test fits, interior fit-outs, furnishings, and core concepts for all GUS brands internationally.
  • Handle project management from initial concept and planning stages through permits, IFCs, construction, and completion.
  • Create both 2D and 3D visual materials and all documentation related to projects.
  • Maintain and update all project information within the company’s real estate software platform and assist the team as necessary.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for project pitches.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage communications like phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding as required.
  • Efficiently organize and maintain calendars, appointments, and diaries.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a graduate-level degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Have 4 to 8 years of professional experience designing spaces in commercial, educational, or hospitality settings.
  • Open to architects or project managers experienced in real estate development or design sectors.
  • Willingness to travel for work purposes.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in 3D design and rendering software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Rhino, or equivalents.
