About the Position
This role is available from the earliest possible start date and is fixed-term until February 28, 2027. Candidates can select working hours ranging from 12 to 37.5 hours per week, either part-time or full-time. Applicants should specify their desired weekly hours in the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly display the IKEA product range using your interior design skills.
- Support customers throughout their personalized planning journey through to the final purchase, remaining their primary contact after sales.
- Ensure a successful, comfortable, and seamless shopping experience by delivering all relevant services.
- Continuously update and deepen knowledge of the local market and current trends in home and interior decoration, applying this expertise when advising customers.
- Collaborate closely with various departments within the store including Communication & Interior, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Relations.
Candidate Profile
- You have gained education or professional experience centered around interior design, with a passion for all facets of furnishing living and working spaces.
- Your visual competence is excellent, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- You are capable of developing innovative interior concepts and presenting your ideas clearly.
- You are an organized individual who enjoys working with responsibility and coordinating with supervisors.
- You possess good communication skills along with basic English proficiency.
