About The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is a statutory body dedicated to enhancing integrity within South Australia's public administration. ICAC investigates alleged corruption within public agencies and proactively works to prevent corruption by assessing policies, procedures, and practices. The commission also offers educational programs aimed at guiding public sector conduct.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Principal Intelligence Analyst, the Intelligence Analyst role supports high-level intelligence production essential for investigating and preventing corruption in the public sector. This position involves collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team environment and requires sharp critical thinking and keen attention to detail. Success in this role depends on partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with corporate records management compliant with statutory guidelines
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel

Additional Information

This is a contract appointment lasting up to 12 months. The salary range for this position is $92,122 to $102,456 (ASO5 level). Applications close on 20th August 2026 at 11:45 PM.
