About the Role

Odindo Global Pvt Ltd is looking for skilled candidates to join their frontline sales and marketing operations focused on insurance products across Life, Health, General, Motor, and Home insurance sectors. The role involves working through multiple channels including Bancassurance, Agency, Direct, Virtual, Telesales, and Corporate setups. Candidates will act in capacities such as Relationship Officer, Manager, or Team Lead handling client portfolios primarily within the Banking, Finance, and BFSI industries, catering to both B2B and B2C segments as well as the open market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of insurance products including life, health, general, motor, and home insurance.
• Engage with clients via various channels like banca, agency, direct sales, telesales, virtual platforms, and corporate relations.
• Handle relationships and client management activities professionally, supporting team targets and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in insurance sales or related BFSI sector roles.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for mobility and field visits.
• Preference for candidates residing within the same city to ensure local market understanding.
• Good knowledge of the insurance industry and proficiency in the local language is essential.
• Applicants from BFSI sectors will be given due consideration.

• Compensation ranges from 400000 to 900000 INR annually based on experience and performance.
