Job Overview
The role of Insurance Sales Executive involves providing expert consultation on life insurance and related financial products. This position offers both work-from-home and office options, ensuring a flexible working schedule tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess and understand their insurance and financial planning requirements.
- Articulate details of life insurance, savings schemes, retirement plans, and investment products.
- Develop potential client leads via social networks, referrals, and community connections.
- Participate actively in training sessions and team gatherings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Training and Advancement
- Complete a professional training program lasting three months designed specifically for insurance consultancy.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned team leaders to support career development.
- Opportunities to advance to a Retail Partner position upon satisfactory completion of training and performance assessments.
Examination and Fees
Candidates must pass the IC38 examination in accordance with IRDAI regulations. A fee of ₹614 may be applicable for training and examination processes.
