Position Summary

Our Orlando office seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years experience, preferably in bodily injury or general liability insurance defense litigation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance defense litigation, especially bodily injury or general liability, is preferred.
  • Skills in reviewing and summarizing medical records and billing documents are desirable.
  • Strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procedures of Florida courts is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize medical records, bills, and related materials, preparing medical chronologies and bill summaries.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and legal counsel within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate task focus and capacity for independent work within a fast-paced, collegial setting.
