Position Summary
Our Orlando office seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years experience, preferably in bodily injury or general liability insurance defense litigation.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance defense litigation, especially bodily injury or general liability, is preferred.
- Skills in reviewing and summarizing medical records and billing documents are desirable.
- Strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with procedures of Florida courts is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Summarize medical records, bills, and related materials, preparing medical chronologies and bill summaries.
- Effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and legal counsel within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.
- Demonstrate task focus and capacity for independent work within a fast-paced, collegial setting.
