The Dean of Students acts as the principal's direct delegate, overseeing various school activities and managing attendance policies. This role functions as a key intermediary connecting the principal, teaching staff, students, and the wider community.
Location and Employment
The position is based at Gateway High School, located at 93 Panther Paws Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The role is full-time and on-site.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with additional graduate coursework in education and leadership; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least three years of successful teaching experience.
- Proven skills in effectively managing student behavior and discipline.
- A minimum of one year supervising school-related activities.
Compensation
The minimum salary offered is $49,500 per annum.
