Installation Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Installation Specialist to manage daily installation activities, lead the installation team effectively, and guarantee a smooth experience for customers. The role focuses on enhancing operational processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily tasks of the installation team to deliver efficient and quality services.
• Plan and schedule installation operations to meet specified deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to installation standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
• Serve as the key contact for any installation-related concerns and handle escalations promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics departments for seamless project execution.
• Evaluate team performance continuously, offering guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to minimize delays and boost operational efficiency.
• Monitor installation metrics, prepare status reports, and suggest enhancements based on insights.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by assuring a professional installation experience throughout.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 to 4 years of experience in installation operations, field operations, or similar roles.
• Prior experience in supervising or coordinating installation teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and organizational talent.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP software is advantageous.
