Role Overview

We seek a candidate who is genuinely fluent and native to Instagram, with in-depth understanding and proximity to our target audience. This person should have proven experience and demonstrable results on Instagram or TikTok. This contract role is designed to be flexible, allowing work around family commitments, focused on delivering quality output rather than strict timing or location.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform core content pillars into engaging concepts, scripts, hooks, and captions.
• Perform editing and provide direction for shoots.
• Commit to approximately 1 to 2 days of work weekly, timing flexible.

Application Requirements

• Submit your highest performing Instagram or TikTok content including the caption you authored and performance metrics.
• Provide a pitch for one Instagram Reel idea (concept and hook, in one or two lines) suitable for a skincare brand that avoids anti-ageing language.
• Write a single line describing the audience you create content for and your understanding of what resonates with them.
