This temporary, onsite role at Fairmont Pacific Rim offers a full-time, paid leadership development program designed for recent graduates passionate about innovating and leading in hospitality.

Program Overview

The INSPIRE Leadership Development Program runs between 12 to 18 months and offers intensive, hands-on training to cultivate leadership capabilities. Participants can choose between gaining broad experience across multiple hotel departments or specializing in a selected area. The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership skill-building, project management, and innovation within a dynamic, diverse team environment.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Recent graduate with a university degree or diploma earned within the past 12 months, preferably in Hospitality or Business.
  • At least one year of cumulative experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a hotel setting.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, global hospitality environments with a dedication to continuous learning.
  • Valid legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory; the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
