About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Bathware & Tiles segments. This role is crucial for driving sales revenue by responding to customer inquiries, converting leads into confirmed orders, and nurturing business relationships with various stakeholders including dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers. It involves close collaboration with field sales and operations teams to meet set sales objectives while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
- Identify and qualify new sales prospects to expand the customer base.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and retail consumers to understand their needs.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate bathware, sanitaryware, faucets, and tile products.
- Develop quotations, price proposals, and formal sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Terms & Conditions
This position offers a monthly compensation ranging between 22,000 and 44,000 Indian Rupees.
