Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Lenovo's Dubai location, you will engage daily with C-level executives from large enterprises, enhancing your professional network and advancing your career. You will receive thorough training on Lenovo's diverse product portfolio and account management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your assigned accounts to maximize Lenovo's revenue and profit margins while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Customize and configure product solutions to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Drive profitable growth within your customer portfolio.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with third-party vendors and partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure seamless customer service.
- Coordinate efforts with field sales representatives and other Lenovo sales teams to meet shared revenue and profit objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed account status updates, including quarterly reviews, forecasts, and business plans relative to targets.
- Develop, manage, and follow up on sales proposals and pricing until project completion.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or related sales roles.
- Background in the IT sector or related industries, with infrastructure solutions, software, or services experience considered an advantage.
- Exhibit a customer-focused, independent, organized, and goal-driven approach to work.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
