Job Overview

This hiring drive is for two profiles: Inside Sales Executive and Customer Support Executive. The openings are with AMEX and TATA MOTORS processes and are open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Inside Sales Executive - Eligibility

Candidates from undergraduate or graduate backgrounds may apply. Strong spoken English is mandatory. Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.

Inside Sales Executive - Compensation

Pay will be finalized during the interview. For freshers, the package is 25k CTC with 20,900 in-hand. For experienced candidates, the package is 28k CTC with 23,300 in-hand.

Inside Sales Executive - Working Pattern

Only morning shifts are available for this profile.

Inside Sales Executive - Responsibilities

  • Sell products or services and recommend additional offerings to interested customers.
  • Reach out to prospects and existing customers through cold calling.
  • Work toward sales targets and support revenue growth.
  • Identify and generate leads that can convert into business opportunities.
  • Stay comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

Customer Support Executive - Eligibility

Undergraduate and graduate candidates may apply. Freshers as well as experienced applicants are eligible. Good English communication is required, and candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Customer Support Executive - Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and concerns over calls.
  • Resolve complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers until the issue is properly closed.
  • Provide support in line with customer service expectations.
