Overview
Netambit Value First Services Private Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive for their credit card sales and support team. This role involves engaging with potential customers via telephone to promote credit card products and provide exceptional service throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to advertise credit card offerings.
- Clearly communicate product details including features, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
- Address inbound customer queries concerning credit card applications, usage, limits, and current offers.
- Accurately collect and verify customer information respecting company protocols.
- Follow up rigorously to ensure completion of application documentation.
- Keep precise records of interactions, leads, and successful conversions.
- Meet established sales targets consistently on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Adhere strictly to corporate policies as well as RBI regulations.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English or other regional languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities to handle customer objections tactfully.
- Basic proficiency in computers including MS Office and CRM applications.
- A positive mindset with a focus on customer-centric service.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, banking, or specifically credit card sales is advantageous.

- Employment type: Full-time
- Shift: Day shift
- Work location: Office at 4th Floor, Plot No-171/2, Sector-15, Noida-201301, near Noida Sector-15 Metro Station Gate No-2 exit.
- Salary range: INR 15000 to 25000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
