Job Overview
Write Your Destiny Consultancy Services LLP is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive based in Hubli, Karnataka. This role focuses on engaging walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to suitable product choices, thereby driving showroom sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that fit those requirements.
- Convey detailed information on product features, pricing structures, current promotions, and unique benefits.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and showroom-wide sales goals.
- Generate quotations, handle processing of sales orders, and assist with billing procedures.
- Follow up effectively on customer inquiries, prospective leads, and pending quotations to close sales.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays while ensuring showroom cleanliness and orderliness.
- Record and update customer details and sales data systematically in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Address customer questions and resolve complaints quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, promotions, and competitor strategies to stay competitive.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 20,000 INR.
