About the Role
We seek an Inside Sales and Social Media Executive to join our sales and marketing department in Dubai. This position focuses on managing customer inquiries, following up on prospects, and enhancing the company's social media presence to boost brand recognition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads diligently to drive sales conversions.
- Draft quotations and proposals and pursue closure of orders.
- Keep the CRM system updated and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Administer and develop the company's social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, and captions to captivate the target audience.
- Interact with followers by responding promptly to comments and direct messages.
- Conduct basic paid advertising campaigns on social platforms and analyze their effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovative strategies to improve brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from zero to one year in inside sales, tele-sales, or social media management; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta advertising tools, content creation, and scheduling software.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, with a professional and customer-centric demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary between AED 2500 and AED 3000.
- Performance-based commissions and incentives.
