Role overview
This full-time, on-site position in Bareilly is for an Information Technology Sales Executive. The role centers on creating new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and developing a healthy sales pipeline for software development, web and mobile applications, and IT services. The selected professional will meet clients, present solutions, understand requirements, and coordinate with technical teams to shape proposals that fit customer needs. The position covers the complete sales journey, from prospecting to closing deals, while also supporting account growth and long-term client relationships.
Key duties
The role includes managing client meetings and presentations, negotiating terms, handling the full sales cycle, and maintaining key accounts. The executive will monitor sales results, prepare performance reports, stay updated on market and competitor activity, and represent the company at client locations and local events whenever needed.
Qualifications and skills
Candidates should bring strong experience in IT sales and lead generation, ideally from a software services or technology environment. They should be comfortable managing client relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities, and should understand how to convert technical offerings into clear business benefits. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills are important, along with familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
