Influencer Strategist (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing campaigns with brand and product teams, shaping campaign strategies.
• Identify, assess, and recommend influencers aligned with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Create detailed briefing documents that inspire unique, memorable content from influencers.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate contracts and approve content adhering to regulations.
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaign outcomes, generating reports to enhance future efforts.
• Work alongside media and performance divisions to craft influencer materials for paid social advertising.
• Assist in hosting influencers and talent at important events, ensuring smooth engagements.
• Manage travel arrangements and bookings for influencers and talent as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in marketing, especially focusing on social media and influencer campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social networks and the influencer/creator ecosystem.
• Proven experience handling influencer relationships and contractual processes.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for accelerated creative, audience insights, and testing is advantageous.
• Bonus: Experience with affiliate marketing and platforms like Impact.
• Exceptional strategic thinking within dynamic, fast-moving conditions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal interactions effectively.
