Job description
About Toast Media Group
Toast Media Group is a social-first creative agency dedicated to fostering connections for health, wellness, and consumer brands by building loyal communities instead of just one-off campaigns. Their expertise lies in organic social media, influencer marketing, and user-generated content (UGC) collaborations crafted to deliver measurable business results.
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator who is deeply immersed in the creator ecosystem. This individual actively discovers emerging creators in their free time, comprehends the nuances behind successful brand collaborations versus ineffective ones, and is inspired by the blend of culture, storytelling, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers for storytelling-driven partnerships on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assess creators through a combination of quantitative metrics and qualitative factors such as audience make-up, engagement authenticity, content style, brand compatibility, prior collaborations, and niche impact.
- Maintain a detailed and organized influencer database tracking creator info, outreach progress, contract negotiations, content approvals, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.
- Manage numerous influencer relationships concurrently while ensuring all deadlines and details are meticulously handled.
- Oversee campaign logistics from initial outreach through execution, including contracts, product distribution, briefing, scheduling, and approval workflows.
- Support sourcing and execution of UGC creators, recognizing how paid social teams utilize creator content across Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
- Differentiate objectives, KPIs, and creative methods between influencer marketing initiatives and paid UGC programs.
- Track and assist in performance reporting by organizing creator-related data and identifying patterns to guide future strategies.
- Remain informed about trends related to creators, platforms, and the industry—especially within health, wellness, and lifestyle sectors—and propose new opportunities to the team.
- Work collaboratively with strategists, account managers, paid media, and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing either at an agency or a consumer-facing brand.
- Proven ability to juggle a large volume of creator relations across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the health, wellness, and lifestyle influencer landscape.
- Insight into what differentiates robust brand partnerships from short-term affiliate or product-seeding campaigns.
- Expert evaluation skills using publicly accessible performance data and qualitative criteria like narrative ability, audience trust, and alignment with brand values.
- Highly organized with exceptional detail orientation and skill managing complex workflow processes.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel) with comfort handling extensive datasets and monitoring campaign results.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and creator sourcing technologies.
- Fundamental knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social advertising, particularly regarding the creation and assessment of UGC content.
- Outstanding written communication and relationship-building skills with creators.
- Curious, proactive mindset constantly exploring current trends in creator marketing and understanding the reasons behind their success.
Desirable Additional Experience
- Background working with health, wellness, healthcare, or parenting brands.
- Familiarity with Airtable or other project management software.
- Competency in influencer reporting platforms and social media analytics.
- Understanding of FTC regulations and influencer contracting processes.
- Strong opinions on optimal tools for creator sourcing, CRM, reporting, and analytics.
