Role Overview

Players Pins, a fast-growing sports collectibles brand, is looking for a highly organized and socially savvy Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow brand awareness and deepen engagement with its fan community. In this position, you will identify, connect with, and manage influencer relationships to promote the company’s patent-pending collectible sports pins across multiple social channels.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and evaluate influencers, creators, and sports personalities whose audiences and style fit the Players Pins brand.
  • Reach out to potential partners and develop authentic, long-term working relationships.
  • Support influencer campaign execution by preparing briefs, coordinating product shipments, and keeping timelines on track.
  • Review influencer-created content to confirm it follows brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Measure campaign results, interpret performance data, and share recommendations for improvement.
  • Help maintain the social media content schedule and publish posts when required.
  • Keep influencer records and campaign information well organized and up to date.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to align influencer efforts with wider promotional plans.
  • Stay current on platform updates, social media trends, and evolving influencer marketing practices.

Skills and Qualifications

No single qualification is mandatory for this role, but the company is seeking someone with relevant experience and strong communication and coordination abilities.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or public relations, ideally with some exposure to influencer outreach or community management.
  • Solid working knowledge of major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, along with their analytics tools.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Interest in sports, collectibles, pop culture, or fashion.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems or project management tools is an advantage.

Compensation

The expected salary range is $35,000 to $50,000 per year, with pay aligned to experience.

The brand works with more than 60 professional sports organizations, including teams and leagues such as the San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Cincinnati Reds, Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks, Vegas Golden Knights, Brooklyn Nets, New York Mets, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Kings, Sacramento Kings, and many others. The company currently holds NBA, NBPA, and CLC licenses.
