The Opportunity
The company is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of influencer marketing initiatives designed to drive efficient, measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Help grow the creator network by researching and reaching out to promising and emerging content creators.
- Support campaign execution by managing deliverables and handling day-to-day operational tasks needed to launch and run influencer campaigns.
- Keep a close eye on creator culture and fast-moving viral trends so you can identify what is gaining traction before it becomes mainstream.
Who You Are
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for YouTube and a strong understanding of creators and the entertainment landscape, including awareness of viral moments as they unfold.
- You take initiative, work resourcefully, and look for practical solutions when challenges come up.
- You stay highly organized and approach work with strong attention to detail.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of relevant experience through work or an internship in marketing, media buying, or business development.
- A solid work ethic and a strong drive to act quickly and decisively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total on-target earnings: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Base pay: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
- On-target bonus: $20,000 to $30,000 per year.

Additional Role Details
This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week required on-site in the office.
Compensation Range
The overall compensation range is $80K to $100K.
