Founded by Patrick McMullen, the company has developed a network of more than 500 creators with a combined audience reach of 500 million+ views. The team is compact, fast-paced, and focused on building a category that did not previously exist.
About the Role
This is a part-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator position hired on a 1099 contractor basis for approximately 20 hours per week. You will work directly with the founder to manage influencer campaigns from creator outreach through final reporting.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to creators and maintain relationships across a network of 250+ creators.
- Coordinate campaign operations, including contracts, briefs, content reviews, posting timelines, and reporting.
- Handle communication with clients.
- Track and present campaign performance using engagement, reach, and ROI metrics.
- Help design and refine internal processes using tools such as Notion, Airtable, and outreach trackers.
Qualifications
- Experience or educational background in communication, public relations, marketing, social media, or a related area; agency, in-house, freelance, and self-directed brand or creator work are all relevant.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity as part of daily work.
- Ability to take initiative and move work forward independently.
- Strong interest in the creator economy.
- Clear and effective written communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to Deaf culture, ASL, or disability advocacy is an advantage.
- Familiarity with creator platforms such as Modash, GRIN, Aspire, or CreatorIQ is preferred.
- An active personal social media presence is a plus.
- Experience working with DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
Compensation and Work Setup
The role pays $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience. It is a 1099 contractor position with about 20 hours of work per week. Hours are flexible, and while the work aligns with US time zones, you can organize your own schedule. The role offers direct mentorship from the founder, meaningful ownership to shape systems and ideas, and a potential path into full-time and senior positions as the company grows. You will also work closely with a community of Deaf creators helping shape the future of the creator economy.
