About the Role
SAN Technovation Pvt. Ltd. based in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an Industry Institute Collaboration Lead with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should hold an MBA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or any graduate degree along with relevant experience. This role focuses on driving strategic partnerships between the industry and educational institutions to foster internships, placements, and collaborative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership collaborations between industry and academic institutions.
- Liaise with corporate HR departments to facilitate internship and placement initiatives.
- Manage internship coordination, placement drives, and campus recruitment activities.
- Identify and develop new institutional partnerships and expand business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with college Principals, Placement Officers, Heads of Departments, and management teams.
- Organize and manage workshops, seminars, career counseling sessions, and job fairs to promote professional development.
- Promote and support training programs and enhance institutional ties.
- Maintain comprehensive databases of colleges, recruiters, employers, and alumni for systematic tracking.
- Monitor the progress of student internships, placements, and training programs diligently.
- Coordinate efforts across Training, Marketing, HR, and Technical departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly management information system (MIS) reports for organizational leadership.

- Proficient communication skills in both English and Tamil languages.
- Expertise in managing corporate relationships effectively.
- Strong abilities in presentation delivery and public speaking.
- Skilled negotiator with robust networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
