Job Overview
We invite skilled and passionate Industrial Designers to join our team. The role suits creative individuals well-versed in design fundamentals and user experience, who thrive in collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to develop innovative, practical, and visually engaging products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts utilizing sketching, rendering, and 3D modeling aligned with project objectives and user requirements.
- Fabricate both physical and digital prototypes to evaluate design ideas and verify concepts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and interdisciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with performance criteria.
- Engage with clients by presenting concepts and designs and integrating their feedback into iterative design processes.
- Conduct comprehensive market and user research to guide design choices and stay updated on industry trends and materials.
- Prepare production-ready CAD models and relevant documentation for seamless transition to manufacturing partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in industrial design; background in consulting or product development firms is advantageous.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Rhino.
- Strong capabilities in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Excellent skills in sketching, ideation, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of materials, production methods, and ergonomics principles.
- Collaborative mindset with a user-centric approach, meticulous attention to detail, and agility in incorporating feedback for rapid iteration.
