About the Role
As an Income Auditor at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas in Qatar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the hotel's financial transactions. Beyond financial oversight, you contribute to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences for every guest by maintaining precise and reliable revenue records.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance and categorize the transactions from the previous day accurately, preparing comprehensive daily operating sales and labor summaries.
- Review night audit reports carefully, verify sales journal entries, and analyze any adjustments to guarantee correctness.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of banquet revenues by auditing banquet tickets and matching them against banquet orders to secure appropriate billing.
- Monitor and manage financial adjustments, including rebates, miscellaneous charges, promotional tickets, and paid-out expenses.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation in line with tax authority compliance, ensuring proper filing and archiving.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to assist in achieving operational success.
