Job Summary

We are looking for an Inbound/Outbound Tour Executive to manage complete travel arrangements for international holiday packages. This role focuses on planning itineraries, preparing quotations, making bookings, assisting customers, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring outstanding travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle outbound holiday and international travel bookings.
• Create personalized travel itineraries and cost estimates.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and other related services.
• Assist clients with visa documentation and necessary travel protocols.
• Provide advice on destinations and promptly respond to customer queries.
• Collaborate with hotels and travel partners for smooth operations.
• Address customer issues, maintaining high quality of service.
• Support sales efforts and achieve set targets.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Maintain precise records of bookings and related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience between 1 to 4 years in outbound travel and tourism.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service mindset.
• Capacity to manage multiple bookings efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms.
• Good organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
